Thalumbran Scarab
This skittering beastie came to us from deep below the surface of Norrath, where creatures like it have evolved in some of the harshest environments. This easily explains why its carapace is impossibly strong, but it doesn't explain why it is iridescent. I wonder if its lustrous shell is a defensive augmentation or one for attracting a mate?
