• This effect will not stack with similar effects.
• When damaged with a melee weapon this spell will cast Obfuscation on target's attacker. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
• Decreases threat priority of target encounter by 2 positions
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect can only trigger once every 45.0 seconds.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
