Some beasties just don't know when to quit! Others aren't allowed to. I find this arrangement of bones and sinew particularly intriguing, as I am not aware of any creature that looks like this. The summoner who created it must have been a rather creative sort! Well, and a bit demented. That's necromancy for you, I guess.

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 47.2.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect can only trigger once every 8.0 - 12.0 seconds.
