I've been in a couple of arguments on whether this beastie is actually alive or not. A few, including Attendant C'thrius, hold the opinion that it is just a construct. I'm not sure about that... I think it is alive, just not in a way that we understand. Yet.

• Summons a pet Stelecat King

• On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Azure Slash on target of spell. Lasts for 12.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Inflicts 369 - 615 piercing damage on target.

• Inflicts 461 - 769 piercing damage on target every 1.7 seconds.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 15.0 - 22.0 seconds.
