• Decreases threat priority of target by 1 position

• Decreases Hate Gain of target by 14.9.

• If not fighter

• On a hostile ability cast this spell will cast Linked Agony on target of spell.

• Inflicts 65 - 72 mental damage on target.

• This effect can only trigger once every 4.0 - 6.0 seconds.
