Gehein Conglomeration - Quest

I discovered a hand from a Gehein I defeated, and it's still moving! Perhaps the erudites within the Incantatory Apex can tell me more about this.

Hopefully someone within the erudite encampment can tell me more about this moving Gehein hand.

I'll need to gather other Gehein parts. If I cannot locate them near the spires, they're probably still attacking from the three gates leading into Obol Plains.
