The note I recovered from the plotters indicated an attack against a target at sea. Field Marshal Vishra believes this might be Queen Antonia herself, since she is poised for a journey out to meet and broker a deal with the Far Seas personally. Vishra is planning to send out some of his own soldiers to search for evidence on the ships, and has asked me to search the harbor for any of the shady sailors preparing for the attack.
