Shafi Af'Mon can't report back to Laila because the portable teleporter he used to get to the Erudin Gardens has been blocked by some sort of inhibitor field. I've agreed to sneak inside the Erudin Gardens in order to find the inhibitor devices and shut them down.

Deactivate the second teleporter inhibitor. (in Stonebrunt Highlands)

Now that the teleport inhibitors have been deactivated, I should return to Shafi Af'Mon.

Return to Shafi Af'Mon. (in Stonebrunt Highlands)

Give Shafi's report to Laila. (in Stonebrunt Highlands)
