I've come across a fallen drake, which was clearly attempting to push the influence of the Harrowing Horde off of Sothshae. While the Horde is in retreat from Vesspyr Isle, it still maintains a solid foothold. Perhaps I can assist the residents of Vesspyr Isles and destroy some of the members of the Horde to weaken their hold on the Eternal Broodlands.
