Kapasha Talmil is part of a group of Khati Sha and Ward Singers camped near the entrance to Shar Vahl, in Shadeweaver's Thicket. Some of them have entered the revered forest to hunt owlbear soulstarers. No part of the hunted creature will go to waste, she assures me.
