I am to take the Ampoule of Absolution to the Myhst River and fill it with water. Once I have done that I can search for souls that need to be released from the Plane of Magic and returned to where ever they need to go. Speaking to them through this artifact could be very taxing.

I should speak to Khat-ra Pakiat, Sultana of the Pakiat Pride. (in Plane of Magic)
