Miragul informed me that the process used to create his Immeasurable Menagerie is a complex blend of habitats and creatures drawn from across "time and space" that requires a "sophisticated" hand to maintain. The creatures that inhabit the menagerie are more than just smoke and mirrors. They are entities that were formed from the scattered essence of defeated foes plucked from the aether. When these creatures are defeated in the menagerie that essence can coalesce into shards that are a valuable resource in the hands of a "truly skilled master of the arcane arts." Miragul has directed me to collect these shards as I make my way through his menagerie so he can utilize the essence contained within them to repopulate the menagerie.
