Anton, the mad resident of Cardin Ward, thinks that if he had a steed that he could find his slain lover. I've agreed to get him a gliding tuatara. It isn't a golden pegasus, like he had in life, but maybe it will help him. Anton tells me that docile attal, arcane tanned leather, and glisten frill roots can make an elixir that ensnares and dominates wild beasts here, like the tuatara.

I need to gather glisten frill roots which grow near the Tourbillion, and slay Wayward thaumaturges for the arcane leather.
