Researcher Kedril of the Academy of Arcane Sciences believes that if the missing pieces of Tinmizer's Magnificent Messenger were really removed from the citadel by translocation magic, then he can help me find them. He was conducting research on detecting the traces left behind by such magic when the Thexians took over the Academy and placed him under house arrest for being human.
Scales with Level
By testing a device Kedril constructed, I might be able to find out where the missing parts of the Messenger landed. First, he needs me to scan the Messenger itself so he can calibrate the Transducer.
Scan Tinmizer's Magnificent Messenger. (in The City of Freeport)
Talk to Researcher Kendril. (in The City of Freeport)
The pieces are not in Freeport. I should scan various areas to see where they materialized. The Transducer will give me a tracking signal automatically when I get close enough.
Track the Antenna's translocation signature. (in The Commonlands)
Search the spot where the Antenna translocated. (in The Commonlands)
Track the Prism's translocation signature. (in The Thundering Steppes)
Search the spot where the Prism translocated. (in The Thundering Steppes)
Track the Lens's translocation signature. (in Lavastorm)
Search the spot where the Lens translocated. (in Lavastorm)
I should go back to Kendril, return his transducer and report my success.
Talk to Kendril. (in The City of Freeport)
