Without disrupting Qeynos's ties with New Tunaria, I've decided, with Eireneith's urging, to head back to Castleview Hamlet to try to talk some sense into Talthallas. He needs to stop spreading hate in our city.

I've defeated Talthallas and his coven of vampires. This information should further discourage other Koada'Dal from leaving Qeynos for New Tunaria.
