It appears a tinkered minecrawler got lost on its way back to Splitiron Mines and powered down to conserve energy. I believe I can get it back to the mine's power station after I take its controls before it's completely drained.
There are buttons near the top of its hull:
1. Display Battery Charge - Returns the current battery power.
2. Mechnomagnetic Pulse - Detects sources of mechnomagnetic power surrounding the minecrawler. Usage drains 1% of charge.
3. Draw Power - Inserts energy prongs into valid sources of power to charge batteries.

Repeatable

Get the minecrawler back to the Splitiron Mine power station.

Take the controls of the minecrawler and get it back to the Splitiron Mines power station (in Thalumbra)

At least 10,187 XP.
