The Concordium's exploration and analysis teams have been unsuccessful at deciphering correlations between the Overrealm and the Plane of Sky. Their efforts have been hampered further by the constant attacks of the Blacktalon aviaks in the Barren Sky. Augur Prichard Fizzburn has requested that I reduce the threat of Blacktalon observers in the area so that the Concordium mages may continue their research.
