He has asked you to find Gimble and assist him with anything he asks and then return to the Regent with the completed devices.

Charge the second Voltaic Battery. (in Steamfont Mountains)

Charge the third Voltaic Battery. (in Steamfont Mountains)

Install the Voltaic Batteries into the clockwork Gnome Observatrons.

Install the Voltaic Battery into the Gnome Observatrons. (in Steamfont Mountains)

Return to Waynil Garwater with the gnome spybots and receive your next mission.
