I spoke with Arcanist Chaarex, who believes that he can recreate a plan evidently thought up by Venril Sathir ages ago. He has theorized that he can control a giant using a toxic pheromone, and turn them into an army to point at Venril and his followers. He is looking to test his theory, and almost predictably, he is looking for help in executing his scheme. I am to collect a few items out in Obulus Frontier to create the vapor needed to control the giants.
