Rakshatta, a kerra in the Enchanted Lands, is delighted by the light-hearted patchcraft creations that appear across Norrath during the Bristlebane Day celebrations. She would like to apply her sewing and sorcery skills in an effort to make some of her own, but this will require patchcraft components. I've agreed to get her some!
