He is supposed to be carrying an extremely valuable gem that is to be given to High Dragoon N'Mar in an elaborate ceremony. This gem is a token from their Prince as a symbol of N'Mar's exemplary work here in the Lesser Faydark. I want you to catch this dignitary before he can get to the Thexian camp and kill him, taking this gem for the organization. You should be able to find Prelate C'Luzz near the stable master leading to the Greater Faydark.
