The note from Seeress Ealaynya Ithis is instructing Acolyte Squallrider to obtain an item "in Storm Reapers' hands on the banks of the Lazy Drain." (in The Enchanted Lands) I am not sure where to take this investigation into the Seeress' untimely demise, now.
