A Strange Purple Liquid - Quest

June 19, 2024 -- The new Anashti Sul server on the 2006 "Origins" EQ2 ruleset is now live. Sadly, there are no plans for it to support Census.

I found a vial of eerily glowing purple liquid carried by a raised pitfiend. I'm curious where these came from and what they're for. I can't simply ask the fiends as they'd only answer in death and destruction, which is a coincidence since I'll just be answering them with the same.
