Craft the incubation vessel at the Wall of Elemental Fire in Arlyxir's room (in Solusek Ro's Tower: From the Ashes [Tradeskill]) Fire the incubation vessel in the spouts of flame in Arlyxir's room (in Solusek Ro's Tower: From the Ashes [Tradeskill]) The ancient runes instructed me to contain the ashes of Arlyxir within a vessel, then apply heat greater than lava itself. This should force the rebirth of Arlyxir, which I can harness to empower the blank seal.
