The Scourge continue to expand throughout the wastes with no sign of slowing down, but if I kill some of their highest ranking leaders it may hinder their advance. First, I'll need to take out Sanctifier Kilug by offering weapons to an altar somewhere within the keep. That should eventually lead me to Sanctifier Maknok.
