I met a half elf named Feng Slow Fist at the entrance of The Cave of Knowledge. He explained to me that he is having trouble in his monk training. Apparently his feet move significantly faster than his hands. He says he knows of a recipe for a bracer that will help him that was hidden within the caves. He has asked me to retrieve the recipe and in return he will make me a bracer.
