Deadly Stinger - Quest

December 3, 2024 -- Census is back after a 3 day outage and characters are once again exporting. Please note if your EQ2 character used the new Petamorph Key Ring feature, it will FAIL to export to Census or EQ2U. Avoid using this feature until a fix is available!!

As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.

Deadly Stinger

I've found a capped stinger from one of the bixies I killed. It's metal and appears to be hollowed out. It's possible I can turn this into a weapon.

I need to find some way to hold onto this stinger. Perhaps if I attached a handhold of sorts, I could do so. Maybe these royal bixie sentinels might have what I'm looking for.

I should try to find a hilt on the royal bixie sentinels and get some of their hair to tie it together. (in Drafling Tower)

I should see if I can attach the hilt to the stinger.

I now need a crossbar to attach to the stinger. If not, my hand might slip on the weapon, rendering it useless. Perhaps I might find a crossbar on one of the bixie lieutenants.

I should try to find a crossbar on the bixie lieutenants, grabbing more bixie hair to attach it to the hilt. (in Drafling Tower)

I should see if I can attach the crossbar to the stinger.

If I'm going to make this weapon worth using, I'm going to need to find some venom to fill the stinger. I'm pretty certain those venomguards might have just what I'm looking for.
