I've found a collapsed sentinel on Blightscale, which looks like it has been rendered inert by the Horde. It might be possible to re-energize the sentinel and send it back into the fight with the Horde, if I can find a way to power it back up. I should search for pieces of Ether essence, and infuse them into the sentinel to get it back into the action.
