Galen needs seed pods from a burned twilight fern, which grow near Soul's Crossing, and the regeneration negation draught from Damion Trebatius, a wizard at Incantatory Apex, an arcane project area northwest of Cardin Ward.

I must return to Galen Cadabrak in Cardin Ward and tell him the Harrowing Horde have taken over the spires at Incantatory Apex.
