I've found a rather odd staff being held by one of the monstrosities within the halls of Varsoon. Made from a slate grey colored wood, its texture almost feels like flesh. The wood holds faint carvings that are imperceptible to the eye.

I'm not sure what to do with this staff that I've found. There seem to be runes embedded within the wood, but I'm not too sure if there is any significance to them. Maybe I should destroy some of these bats to see if anything happens.

Since killing the bats in the Halls of Varsoon seemed to have had an effect on the staff, perhaps destroying some of the skeletal undead might do even more.

I think I may want to take this up another notch and start destroying these animated golems that wander the Halls of Varsoon. Perhaps it may do even more for this eldritch staff.
