EQ2U - Item Details - Ring of Ice II (Grandmaster)

Ring of Ice II (Grandmaster)

Freezes movement of the target and the surrounding encounter members. When the freeze effect wears off, it slows their movement for a short duration. Any damage received by the target has a chance at breaking the effect.

• Applies Icy Grasp on termination. Lasts for 12.0 seconds.

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 0.6.

• Slows target by 67.5%.

• 5% chance to dispel when target receives hostile action

• 5% chance to dispel when target takes damage

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target encounter by 1.1.

• Roots target encounter

• 20% chance to dispel when target takes damage

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 56.2 seconds and duration is reduced to 6.2 seconds.

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 73.
