EQ2U - Item Details - Breathtaking Bellow III (Expert)

Breathtaking Bellow III (Expert)

Interrupts target encounter in the area surrounding the target of the spell and blurs their vision for a short duration, with a small chance at knocking down an enemy. This ability does not require any power or casting time. Upgrades of this spell increase the chance to knockdown the targets.
