• Inflicts 404 crushing damage on target every 2 seconds.
• Inflicts 4,037 cold damage on target.
• Inflicts 404 cold damage on target every 2 seconds.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect can only trigger once every 10.0 - 14.0 seconds.
