• Increases threat priority of targets in Area of Effect by 1 position

• Increases Threat to targets in Area of Effect by 18,817 - 20,730

• 25% of all damage received by the caster is prevented.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• The casting time of Circle of Intimidation is 0.25 seconds and the reuse time of the spell is 3 minutes
