EQ2U - Item Details - Spirits II (Adept)

June 19, 2024 -- The new Anashti Sul server on the 2006 "Origins" EQ2 ruleset is now live. Sadly, there are no plans for it to support Census.

Spirits II (Adept)

Mesmerizes all enemies near the mystic and reduces their hate towards the shaman. Any hostile actions taken on them will break the mesmerize effect.

• Decreases threat priority of targets in Area of Effect by 1 position

• Decreases Threat to targets in Area of Effect by 3,458

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of targets in Area of Effect by 0.3.

• Mesmerizes targets in Area of Effect

• Prevents AOE (except when direct)

• Dispelled when target takes damage

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Mesmerize effects of 15.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 1.7 seconds.
