EQ2U - Item Details - Harm Touch V (Apprentice)

Harm Touch V (Apprentice)

Deals a great amount of disease damage to the target that is difficult for the target to resist against. This ability does not have a casting time, nor does it cost power, but it has a significant reuse timer.
