EQ2U - Item Details - Frosted Spike Needlescale

• Increases WIS of caster by 128.5.

• Increases AGI of caster by 128.5.

• Increases INT of caster by 128.5.

• Increases STR of caster by 128.5.

• Increases Potency of caster by 186.9.

• Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of caster by 105.5.

• Summons a pet Frosted Spike Needlescale

• On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 16.5% chance to cast Spiky Roll on target of spell. Lasts for 3.3 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Inflicts 480 - 799 piercing damage on targets in Area of Effect instantly and every 1.1 seconds.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 10.0 - 15.0 seconds.
