EQ2U - Item Details - Harmony IV (Master)

June 19, 2024 -- The new Anashti Sul server on the 2006 "Origins" EQ2 ruleset is now live. Sadly, there are no plans for it to support Census.

Dazes all enemies near the templar, preventing them from auto attacking, and reduces their hate towards the templar. Any hostile actions taken on them will break the daze effect.

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of targets in Area of Effect by 1.3.

• Dazes targets in Area of Effect

• Dispelled when target receives hostile action

• Dispelled when target takes damage

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Daze effects of 18.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 2.0 seconds.
